GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DOWN PAYMENT
For rented accomodation we request a down payment of 20%. The remainder will be debited from your bank card 30 days before your arrival.
A deposit of 75€ is required and returned to you upon verification of the bungalow at the end of your stay. 
For campsite pitches we request a down payment of 20%, Payment in full the evening before your departure. 

CANCELATION 
of a reserved CAMPSITE PITCH:
Upon cancellation of your reserved campsite pitch we are obliged to retain the 20%

CANCELLATION 
of  a reserved rental

- if the cancellation is made more than 1 month before arrival: We will retain the down payment of 20%; you do not have to pay the remainder.
- if the cancellation is made less than 1 month before arrival: We regret to say that you owe us the total rent. 

DEPOSIT 
(for RENTED ACCOMODATION):
On your arrival we will ask a deposit of € 75.00 This covers, besides any damages done, € 30 to ensure the accomodation be left in clean and proper state. The deposit will of course be returned to you upon departure(if all is found in order).

Fishing Rules
 

Use of suitable equipment is mandatory. An unhooking mat of 1m x 0.80m and a landing net of 1m are required. The mat must always be moistened.
All carp must be released (No Kill policy).
Maximum hook size is number 3. Only hooks from size 4 and smaller are allowed. Braided main lines are prohibited.
Barbless hooks are mandatory. Treble hooks are not allowed.
Fixed leads are forbidden, meaning the lead must not be attached directly to the hooklink. The hooklink must not be stronger than the main line.
The manager may inspect your equipment at any time. Violations may result in removal from the site.
Always inform the manager in case of incidents.
Use of bait boats is prohibited in July and August. If your line gets stuck in an obstacle, you may use the available boat. Baiting is allowed.
Keep your swim clean from litter and line waste. Cleaning costs and possible damage to mowing equipment will be charged to the polluter.
Fishing with more than 2 rods is not allowed. Night fishing is permitted, but you must stay close to your rods at all times.
Before choosing your spot, ensure there is enough space to:
Cast your rods
Land fish without interfering with your neighbour's line
Allow walkers to pass by
Never leave your rods unattended. They may end up in the lake.
It’s possible renting vismaterials on de campsite.
 
All these measures are solely intended for the benefit of all anglers, the fish, the ecosystem, and walkers.
